1. Nature of the Service

Predicts.guru is an independent third-party analytics and information platform that aggregates and displays public prediction-market data, including data relating to Polymarket. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Polymarket, Polymarket Inc., or their subsidiaries, affiliates, or partners. The Site does not operate a prediction market, facilitate trading, provide brokerage or exchange services, or act as a financial intermediary. Its data comes from public sources and third-party APIs and is provided for information and analysis only.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Analytics, statistics, charts, and other information are general information only and must not be the sole basis for a financial decision. Consult a qualified adviser before making an investment or trading decision.

3. No Custody of Funds

The Site does not hold, control, manage, or have custody of user funds, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or tokens. Interactions with third-party platforms, smart contracts, and blockchain networks are entirely at your own risk and discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk

Prediction markets, blockchain networks, digital assets, and decentralized applications involve substantial risks, including loss of funds, market volatility, smart-contract vulnerabilities, regulatory uncertainty, and technical failure. You alone are responsible for evaluating these risks and for decisions based on Site information.

5. Restricted Jurisdictions

Polymarket and similar platforms impose geographic restrictions. You alone must determine whether accessing or using a prediction market is legal where you are located.

As of the effective date, Polymarket lists these restricted jurisdictions: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Ontario, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

This list is informational and may be incomplete or out of date. Consult official Polymarket documentation for current restrictions. By using the Site, you represent that your location, incorporation, citizenship, residence, and use do not violate applicable restrictions or law.

6. Accuracy of Information

The Site relies on third-party public APIs, blockchain networks, and indexers. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of displayed data. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete; independently verify information before relying on it.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may display data from, link to, or integrate with third-party services and protocols. We do not control or endorse them and accept no responsibility for them. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use, and we are not liable for losses resulting from that use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR AND ITS CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. TOTAL OPERATOR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ZERO (0) USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site operator and its creators, developers, contributors, agents, and affiliates against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your Site use, breach of these Terms, breach of law or third-party rights, or harm caused to a third party.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality belong to the operator. Third-party market data, trademarks, and content remain the property of their owners. Displaying third-party data does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or a license.

13. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued Site use means you accept them, and you are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Site access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification—will survive.

15. Severability

If a provision is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The invalid provision will be modified only as much as necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the operator about Site use and replace prior agreements and understandings.
