This Privacy Policy explains how Predicts.guru (the “Site”) handles information. The Site is an independent third-party analytics platform that displays publicly available prediction-market data. It is not affiliated with Polymarket or any other prediction-market platform.

1. Information We Process

The Site processes wallet addresses that you voluntarily enter or connect, standard technical logs that may include IP address, browser, device, and timestamp data, and aggregated non-identifying usage metrics. Public wallet addresses are public by nature. The Site never requests, collects, or stores private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other authentication secrets.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to display analytics and market data from public blockchain sources, maintain service stability, troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, and improve the Site.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

The Site does not collect or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, bank or card details, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, biometric data, or government-issued identification.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data may be shared with infrastructure and analytics providers needed to operate the Site, with third-party data providers such as Polymarket APIs and blockchain indexers when retrieving requested analytics for a public wallet address, or when required by law or legal process.

The Site may use essential cookies for functions such as session and language preference management, and analytics tools to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
